Cool! So I just spent $138 on civ pro books... looks like my total is $513.  About what I expected, I guess.

I got the impression that Goodman is new, too. I couldn't even find her on Penn's faculty list. It seems weird (troubling?) that they would give one section three new/visiting professors!!!

I know, I thought the same thing! I wonder why they didn't break them up a bit. I think Goodman is from Rutgers-Camden - I remember finding her bio there when I was doing super-sleuthing earlier this summer.

If you guys go to Penn-In-Touch and look under Student Schedule, you should also be able to see your CivPro class, which isn't yet on Goat/Course Portal thing...unless some of us are just special and others ... well, ...

Legapp, I'm sad we're not in the same section, maybe now we will never meet face-to-face, since we've come so close and failed to so many times!

I'm coming into town Sunday night for the Morris Fellows dinner, but have to take care of some stuff back home next week, and then will be back for "real" orientation Thursday and Friday. I'll probably be back in town Wednesday night, but I can't remember if there's any fun orientation activities going on that night, or what...

It's all getting really really really real now...
