Thanks for the info on UGA. I am really interested in going there. They are the last school I am waiting on. I sent an update letter a couple of weeks ago. I am also a splitter, so maybe they are just iffy about our type, Split Finger. :) I went complete back in December.

SplitFinger:

Just as an FYI... I have a feeling that you'll hear back soon from UGA. I'm in the same boat (status checker says I've been in committee for months), and I had called the admissions office last week. I was told not to expect any decisions until after the April 3rd (today) deadline. I'm guessing that after they calculate the amount of deposits they'll start making more decisions. I'm not saying that you should wait around for them, but I figured you'd like to know the word from the admissions office.

In my case I'll be waiting around for a decision since at this point it is my top choice. I'd like to hear since I'm going to be planning a trip up that way to check out Mercer, GSU, and (hopefully) UGA. I've heard from Mercer (sent in a deposit) and am waiting to hear from the other two.

BU! They told me yesterday that they are still sending out acceptances, but I am skeptical.
