Anything I would say online, I would also say IRL. I also try hard to not say anything about someone behind their back that I would not also say to their face.
That being said, though, I probably come off less tactful/more abrasive at times, online, than IRL. And when I say something about someone behind their back, I might take less care in phrasing than if/when I say it to their face.
