What does "jsia" mean?

I used to think it was someone's name or something, because this one poster used to almost always have that at the end of her posts. So I thought it was her name (don't ask me how I thought jsia was a name...)

Does it mean "just so" ____ ____?

I did a google search and so far all I've found is "Jon Stewart Intelligence Agency," Jiangsu Software Industry Association, Jury System Improvement Act, among others.
