First off, are you sure, 100% that he is cheating?

If yes, then I figure stick out the lease with him if you can. Confront him about the truth of course, but tell him that you both need to be mature in this situation (Which sucks and will be hard).
Stay in the apt and then go to Case. No need to stay at Syracuse any longer and Case is a better school.

I personally couldn't live with my boyfriend if our relationship fell apart. I think the hardest part would be staying mad at him when he's there and kind of looking cute ... I think it would be a lot easier to be mad from afar (and IMO mad is good right now.)

I know how you feel.I'll be 28 in the fall and entering law school this year and I'm also in a relationship that probably won't end up in marriage. I also want to have my first child by 32 latest so I know I'll probably have to find someone else soon.. Don't worry about it. Everything happens for a reason. He's probably not the best person for you anyway. It's better if things end now than for you to end up divorced and raising your kids by yourself. You'll probably meet someone better for you soon in law school or through your friends there or wherever. It's not that hard. Good luck.
