Denver chancellor scholarship

Hey all,
I confess, I'm a lurking newbie but don't hold that against me.
I'm set on Denver, but am still waiting to hear about their full-tuition Chancellor's Scholarship.  They give out 12 a year. 
Has anybody heard anything about their applictaions to this program yet?

I heard back the other day, but they offered me no $, so I won't be going.
