Which Chicago schools is best for IP?
« on: March 28, 2006, 01:57:37 PM »
I plan on concentrating in IP, and I've been accepted to Loyola, Depaul, and still waiting to hear back from Kent.  Which one of these schools would be best for me?

On of my considerations is their rankings.  Although depaul claims to have the best IP/IT program in the midwest, they are a 3rd tier school.  Meanwhile, Kent/Loyola, while less known for IP, are 2nd tier.  What do all think?

Woo Hoo another IP kid like me :) Chicago-Kent has a few well known professors for IP. Depaul is very very regional and it's a tough job market to compete in (Chicago that is). I have other issues with Chicago-Kent but of the three, for IP, I would go there for sure

DePaul stresses their IP program quite a bit, although I don't know how it compares to the others.
