the judge couldnt even pronounce it. found later he had been pronouncing it wrong his entire career.
also couldnt pronounce my name. i finally gave up rather than irritate him.
he only wanted to give me like 5 minutes to voir dire a panel of 40 people. i'm like are you nuts?

We had a fake arbitration case where one party was French. We all said his name differently.
Also, I wish I knew in advance whom I'd get! I'm not sure precisely because I don't know if I get someone lame or someone normal (and hot!).

see if you can get a list of names, orangie, they are bound to be on facebook or myspace! then ask for one specifically saying that you are "old friends"
