That's the default look from the makers of the message board software.  It doesn't have a couple things that this version has.  Plus - LSD has been red since Christmas break 2003, and it's going to stay that way for a while.

Don't get too comfortable by the way - there's still some work to do.

although, it makes me sad when it is down. can you at least put up a dummy page while you're working on it that tells jokes or something?

btw Andrew, we DO appreciate all the hard work you do here, don't get us wrong. We would be lost without you. But like, I've seen message board that let you modify the colors and stuff, would that be so hard?
