how to choose a test center?

How to choose a test center? 

I will move to New York next month, and have not found a apartment yet.  Maybe I will live in Long Island.  I know I should choose a test center nearby.  It seems that, however, there are differences between "good" and "bad" test center. Any suggestion?

By the way, I will register for this Oct. test.  Maybe it is a little bit late.

I changed my test center because of the ratings on that website, and I'm really glad I did.  I had a great test center, large desks, etc.  Law schools are generally the best, because of the large amount of desk space.
