Emory ... whose comin with me
« on: March 08, 2006, 07:37:21 PM »
As each day passes, the more I see myself in Atlanta at Emory. It places very well in the southeast and thatís where I plan to stay. Iím waiting for a scholarship offer, but even if I donít get anything I think thatís where Iím headed. I know I can graduate debt free if I go to UF or FSU, but for the sake of my happiness and sanity, I must go to Emory. So once again I ask, whose coming with me?!

yeah, i'm definitely liking emory.  i've lived in atlanta for three years post college and have loved it.  of course it all depends on $$.  have any of you heard back from them about that? how soon after your acceptance?

ive havent heard. but i spoke to an admission officer and he said that part of the scholarships are given with the acceptance letters and part are given afterwards. he said it was a new system they are trying this year, so i guess we should keep our fingers crossed!
