Syracuse - $27,800/yr chancellor's scholarship
I think for Case all you have to do is remain in good standing, and at Syracuse you need a 3.0 GPA. Not sure about the other schools.
I attribute the Case scholarship to my PS, which I wrote about my interest in health law.
I went to four different colleges over a period of seven and a half years before I got my bachelor's, so I can't say that my undergrad really helped me. I had basically zero extracurriculars. I did present a paper at a conference, but other than that I don't stand out.
