Deceptive Banner Ad

There's a banner ad on the site that poses as a windows dialog box informing you that you have "1 unread message."

I didn't didn't click on it, but it's an annoying, deceptive sort of thing that may reduce the usability of the site.

Just a heads up in case administrators didn't realize this ad is displayed occasionally.  I think links to this address, if it helps any:
