Alabama - ON THE BUBBLE
Tennessee - IN $$
Emory - OUT
Case Western - IN
Wisconsin - ON THE BUBBLE
Florida State - IN
Houston - IN $$
George Mason - IN
Tulane - This one all depends on soft factors; Tulane is very touchy-feely.
Miami - IN

The only one I would consider changing from the previous poster for sure is George Mason.  If I were you I would switch my application to both part-time and full-time as GMU lets you do this and it seems to me (I have applied to both as well) that it may be easier to get into George Mason full-time than GM PT.  Look around LSN and check for yourself.  Hope that helps.

wow Jay, that is very optimistic, I hope you are right!

Thanks for the info mthorpe, I wonder why GMU is harder to get in part-time?  I'm actually not too interested in them anyway; I only applied because then I could save $$ and live with my parents, but then, I would actually have to live with my parents... :-\

Thanks again!

Alabama--probable ding
Tennessee--accept
Emory--ding
Case Western--probable ding
Wisconsin--probable ding
Florida State--probable ding
Houston--probable accept
George Mason--waitlist, then probable ding
Tulane--probable accept if applied early in cycle, otherwise probable ding
Miami--accept

I don't think you'll get money from any of these places.  It's good you applied though, you never know.

If you like the southeast I'd apply to Kentucky, South Carolina or Stetson.  You'd get into all three without much worry.

Let me know how things go.  I highly doubt you get dinged at Case, FSU, or Houston (particularly FSU or Houston).

I know you don't want it, but congrats on duke ;)

You got into LSU... they say if you want to practice in Louisiana that's the place to go.

You need to focus on soft factors and, ideally, come up with some addendum on why you don't do so well on the LSAT but you will do well on law school exams, the bar, etc...

Hey, thanks.  Duke is a nice school.  They have some really awesome public interest programs.  It would be awesome if I could afford to go there. I'll probably have to work out some type of 1 year deferral, clean up my credit, and then take out tons of loans.  They have a good public interest loan repayment program...

I stand firm on my original predictions.  I'm hoping you get into Tulane too.

Just send Duke the pic from your avatar and I'm sure you will get at least some money ;)....Damn.....

I have a picture of myself right after a rugby match, where my lip is split wide open, and there is blood all over my jersey.  Maybe I'll send them that one and scare them into giving me money....  I'd feel bad though...  because I'm really not mean or scary.
