1. Is the ED binding? The site says  isn't very clear

2. I love the idea of all the law and religion classes, but would it be worthwhile if I am Christian - non Catholic?

1. I don't think their ED is binding. They give you a couple of weeks (I think) to accept their offer of admission... What happens if you don't is a mystery. ;)

2. Sure, if you are a Christian, I'd imagine a law and religion class would give you a new viewpoint, a new way to consider following Christ in a different setting. I'm sure the class focuses on Christian beliefs, not Catholic rituals.

For #2, I think that law and religion could be interesting, even if you aren't very religious.  Sometimes if you view laws from a truly secular standpoint, you can really miss some of the intent behind them- at least that's what I found while living in Japan.
