Merit-Based Scholarships

Do any schools take strictly the GPA OR the LSAT Score, opposed to both, for determining merit-based scholarships?

I have a 2.7, and expecting an LSAT score in the 170's. Does a 2.7 disqualify me from getting a Merit-Based Scholarship from a school ranked between 35-55 in the Rankings.
