Well with a 158/3.82 that should hopefully bode well for me too at IU-B

I was reading a recent thread where I learned that one poster with a 157 was accepted at Berkeley.  Female, white, non URM.  I personally know of at least a dozen non-urm students who were accepted to top 20 schools with #s below the 25% mark.  Lots of them had great WE, TFA, Peace Corps, extensive volunteer experience, etc.
