Funny, our boss circulated that article, telling us to be careful what we say in our emails, but I can't help thinking it was also done as a jab against one of our associates.
She is a total trust fund baby who clerked here and then passed the par in Novemember and is still working here (presumably because she can't find another job). She is woefully underpaid, but if she can't find another job, then she shouldn't complain, right? But she is constantly complaining about her job and her salary and the managing partner.
