My actual test too.  171, about where I was practicing (170-175).  I smoked the LR, screwed up somehow on the last game (missed the last three, but I don't have the heart to go back and figure out what I did wrong), but RC was HORRIBLE!  All four passages were horrendously long, and a bunch of those questions were those awful "Based on the passage, the author would most likely agree with which of the following?" questions, not the easy ones where you could just refer back and pick out the subtle details in the text.  I missed four, and I had NEVER missed more than 2 on ANY practice section (and usually missed 0 or 1).

Yeah, I'm still a little bitter.   >:(

I hear that. I missed three in a row on RC. Usually I miss 1, sometimes 2, in practice. But missing three in a row on one passage was rough. Oh well, I did better than normal on games, so I can out at my average. But to think, I could have landed mid 170's if not for that reading comp section!

That was my actual test as well.  Didn't seem different from the practice tests I had taken.

Wow, I feel so bad for you guys.

If it makes you feel any better, I got a 180.

I did worse on the october test then i had been in my practice exams, but my timer broke like 2 minutes into the games section so i got really nervous and lost my concentration for the rest of the test. Other then that i thought it was about the same as other recent ones. Has anyone else noticed or thought that the games sections are much easier now then they seemed to be about 4-5 years ago?

yes--for sure! I took the Dec 2005 exam and literally laughed out loud during the games. They were ridiculously easy...i'm guessing October was a bit rougher. December had at least two if not three sequencing games--simple linear set ups. We lucked out

That was my actual test and I did right around my average overall, but my best ever on games (0 wrong).

We should have joined forces: I got 3 wrong on the rest of the test combined.

went up significantly on this compared to my practice ones..   i think i averaged 148 on the 3 practice I took, and scored a 156 on this.

Then again, i HATED THIS TEST, and maybe I somehow found some motivation on the actual day that I didn't have during the practices..
damn waitlists..

It was my actual test. I was averaging 169-170 on practice tests, and ended up with a 166. I bombed the first section.
