THANKS UND09!

;D  I'm sorry, but, it isn't over yet.  I think if the class was full, they would've just said that.  Maybe they are actually trying to bring a few of us in.

On the blog "Closeduniverse" that und09 posted the link for a few pages back, that guy got a call on Saturday afternoon.  :-\

It seems like the class is down to about 200 now, with very few older women in the mix. The class has some insane skew as it is- maybe 2:1 in favor of males, but there is a pretty shocking dearth of women who are 25+. In fact, I haven't met any yet. My guess is going to be if anyone get's in, it will probably be a woman. Good luck everyone!

Well... today at orientation Dean O'Hara mentioned during her welcome that our class is quite large compared to the 2L and 3L classes.  She also mentioned that when all is said and done the head count should be "around 201 to 203" people...

Just thought you guys would want to know.  I'm hoping some of you will get out here!!!

finally, on the third day of school...

Dear :

Thank you for your patience and continued interest in Notre Dame Law
School. Regretfully, I must inform you that admission will not be granted
to you for this fall's entering class. The competition for a seat in this
year's class was very competitive and unfortunately, we were unable to
extend offers of admission to all candidates capable of excelling at Notre
Dame.
Please accept our best wishes for success in your future endeavors.

Sincerely,

Gail G. Peshel
Assistant Dean for Students
