.....accepting people who were complete months ago?  It seems we've all been in limbo for a couple weeks, and one-by-one LSDers are getting picked off by deferrals, waitlists, and rejections.  We haven't seen a new acceptance since late last week.

I didn't make it into the shelter in time. Big fat (more like thin actually) deferal/waitlist!

If it makes you feel better, the Columbia rejection comes on high quality paper stock (even if the ink did bleed a bit...no money for laser Columbia?).  ;D

Columbia accepted 219 LSNers last year, and the trend so far is for schools to accept even more LSNers this year than last.  Yet Columbia has taken only 151 so far.  So I think there's still plenty of room for late appliers and, I think (hope!), room for some people previously put on Hold.
