Hold LIsts

I received a letter from MSU-Detroit College of Law over the weekend saying they put my application on hold. WHat does this mean? I know they haven't made a decision yet, but is a hold better or worse than being put on a waiting list? Going by the LSAC website with my numbers it say I have an 85% chance of getting into this school, so I am assuming/praying I get accepted eventually but was curious if anyone knows more about being on hold? Thanks for your time.

I guess the more popular term for "ON Hold" is deferred. So of the people who have had their applications deferred, when you did get an answer was it usually an acceptance or rejection? Also when did you get the letter? Any help again would be most appreciated.
