One week left...
« on: January 28, 2006, 03:56:43 PM »
Anyone else out there having pre-test anxiety?  My nerves are totally shot.  I'm afraid that all that practicing will do no good and that I will freak out and go blank during the test from a panic attack.  I'm probably going to take a Valium that day just to be on the safe side.  Haven't had to take one of those for months though.  It kinda sucks.

Well I hope everything works out for you, I'm sure you'll be fine.  I can't believe the test is in one week but I feel that I'm ready for it.

Really? Have you taken the real one yet? This is my new range/mean after the Dec debacle... it's higher than before (yay), but still makes me a bit nervous.

yea i studied for the october test.. took it bombed it and canceled the score.. studied again for the december and got a 168, wasnt thrilled because i was averaging a 171.. my range was 166-177.. and a 171 would have made a big difference for schools, now i have no shot at harvard, and praying to squeek into columbia... how do you think you would react to a 168?

Ya that's how I am, I usually perform to my full potential on standardized tests, of course the lsat is a whole different monster.   :)

Y'know, I'd be happy with a 168. It's better than a 163... and the avg is still a more respectable 165.5 ... either way, I don't think I'll do worse, so it's worth a shot... too bad about yours, though :(

I still applied to Columbia, even with my 163, lol. I have high high (outer space high) hopes. :)
