3.2, 169. 4 years work exp. I have a ton of reaches, worried I may be w/o a school to go in the fall.

I'd say you are fine as is. Most are high reaches, but I imagine you should be accepted at Hastings with an LSAT that high. You definitely don't need to add anything 2nd tier in.
