is a NARRATIVE statement different?
« on: January 22, 2006, 03:49:10 PM »
I just decided to apply to the University of Richmond and they ask for a narrative statement of approx. 300 words. Obviously I can't use my PS that is 600 for this one. They emphasized the word "narrative" like it was supposed to mean something different. Does anyone know what they want that is different from a normal PS?

That means they want something that is more story-based, as opposed to an "I want, I need, I'd like, this is why" essay.

So, dust off your creative writing chops!
