they claim their GPA/LSAT stats are rising. they predict the mean will be 160 this year.

Didn't they offer free application for anyone who applied through LSAC?  That's one surefire way of getting your averages up.

IDK about Hoftsra, I was Wled there (and the general feeling is that SYracuse will go up, which is where I got in).  So basically I have no logical, scientific reasoning. ;)

Perfectly logical & scientific...columbia, cornell, penn, gtown, and bc are all slipping into t2 i think. ;D

i dont quite understand the rankings, but i REALLY cant understand why BC is consistently ranked behind BU- ive been to both, didnt apply to either, but was WAY more impressed with BC than BU, and saw BU as a one big ugly building in the busiest street in boston, as opposed to a gorgeous campus on the outskirts. BC has much stricter admissions requirements, and seems to have a stronger faculty and equally impressive placement... so why is it always behind?

i am uber-curious to know what you think will change this year to push BC up there like that
