Recycle my PS?

After applying during this past admissions cycle, I decided to take a year off.  I'm applying again not because I didn't do well the last time (7 out of 9), but just because I needed some time off after graduating.  I plan on applying to different schools this admissions cycle; do you think I can get away with using the same ps?  I thought it was pretty good if I say so myself .  No use in wasting it.  What do you think?
