Leave my wife and study for the LSAT? Worth it? Good idea?

Leave my wife and study for the LSAT? Worth it? Good idea?
« on: July 20, 2004, 09:48:28 AM »
My wife and I are going on eight years, as happy as can be, but she refuses to leave me the hell alone to study for the LSAT. If itís not one thing, itís another; clean the dishes, take out the trash, find a job, feed the baby. Iím seriously going out of my mind here. I have yet to finish even a single practice test without enduring her constant interruptions. I know unless I have a solid year and a half of undisturbed, Kabala-like study of the LSAT, I can kiss Gonzaga goodbye. Now I got a buddy of mine to draw up the divorce papers for me Ė what do you say, do I pull the trigger? Is it worth it?

you are going to leave your wife and child to go prepare for a test?  grow some balls and gain a sense of accountability.

Is it even possible to study for the LSAT for 18 months?

Maybe if you did your share of the housework, she wouldn't get on your ass as much about it.  But you always were an insensitive bastard, weren't you?  She has needs too, you know!

I'm pretty sure he is joking.

I'd kill the female dog though.  Divorce is too costly.  Make sure you make it look like an accident so you can collect some  life insurance.

I killed my dog because it wouldn't stop barking through my practice tests.

you should not leave your wife because of the LSAT. you'll need sex and food.

nor should you kill pets or loved ones because they are disturbing you, unless there is hefty insurance to be collected. in that case, you wouldn't even need to go to law school.

you should go study in the library and study.
