According to the NALP Directory, 27 offices (14 firms) recruit from Tech, primarily to Dallas. Though the school isn't very highly ranked (T3 for UG and Law and #5 LS in TX) they turn out some respectable grads leading large corporations, Presidents of schools, as well as judges, governors, congressmen, and the like. I've known a few people who went to TT for UG and they've seemed to enjoy their time there. I haven't been to Lubbock myself, so can't say too much about the town. Here are some wikipedia pages that might be worth a look -

so we are classless b/c some ppl wear overalls to football games- our school has an agricultural heritage.

you can call A&M classless when we tear apart our stadium and ram goal posts into the visitors section.

i didn't say anything about traditions- although we are proud of the many traditions that we do have (they do not include tearing apart our stadium, ramming goal posts into other team fans, vandalizing other teams equipment trailers, etc)

once again- you prove my point for me

we are proud that our university trains future officers for our armed forces, men and women who will fight and die to protect your freedom- and you compare them to the hitler youth.
