Since starting law school I've gained like 13 pounds.  Actually, I may be down to only having gained an aggregate of 8 or 9 but I'd really like to get the rest off again.  On the upside, however, gaining wait made me grow an ass for the first time in my life.

It's not the ass I dislike, its the love handles.  If I could keep one and lose the other I'd be perfectly happy.  Perhaps I should start exercising.  Hmmm, now there's a thought.  Now I just have to get up the motivation.

If you exercise now and burn off those love handles, you're likely to keep the ass.  That should be good news.   


I just finished Day 2 of my new workout program.  I hurt.  A lot.  But it feels good.

Yes, I would like to losing 10-12 lbs.  I've started at the gym and will start going about 3-4 times a week.  Then after about 2-3 weeks, it' be 5-6 times per week. I have also started watching what I eat and how much.
