I wouldn't mind dropping five pounds.  It's comfortable to be just slightly underweight.

mine's been fairly consistent over the last year, so I suppose I can't complain too much :-/

I'm still losing weight; I've come to love my gym.

At the gym I don't have to worry about apps or $$ or randomness or anything.

Ellipticals = therapy.

How long do you do it for?

I've gained a few pounds over break.  I kind of hoped to gain more (muscle), but what can you do.  I'm now going back to running mode, trying to do several miles per day.  Hopefully trim off a few more pounds.

The appropriateness of Perpetua would probably depend on the tone of the writing.  When I used it, I (half playfully) thought the extra space made the words sort of resonate.

Depends.

Usually I elliptical (verb?) for 30 min, then row for 15, then elliptical backwards for 20+.  And then sometimes a class.  God bless endorphins. :)

Oo, that's a lot.  I get bored of running quickly, even with music.  Thankfully I'm a guy, so I don't have to do it for that long.   :D
