I'm still losing weight; I've come to love my gym.
At the gym I don't have to worry about apps or $$ or randomness or anything.
Ellipticals = therapy.
How long do you do it for?
I've gained a few pounds over break. I kind of hoped to gain more (muscle), but what can you do. I'm now going back to running mode, trying to do several miles per day. Hopefully trim off a few more pounds.
