I'm still working out! Yay! And I've lost 4-7 pounds. Need to lose 5 more, would like to lose 10.
Typically, I do 15 minutes on the elliptical and 30 on a stationary bike. I'm thinking I should change the proportions to do more on the elliptical, though.
Even though I'm not doing any ab work, I do seem to be getting my stomach back. Thank goodness: that was the one part of my body I loved, and last year's stress added my first layer of belly fat.
I'm also going to start targeting thighs/buns with some lunges and things on the days when I don't go to the gym. Maybe get an excercise ball....
