Free Annual Credit Report

I am trying to request my Free Annual Credit Report, but www.annualcreditreport.com isn't loading anything for me, just 404 not found. Does anyone know that the deal is, or if the website has moved?

I think the server blocks foreign connections (maybe to prevent hacking and identity fraud?), because in the end I had to connect via an American proxy in order to get the correct site and not the 404 message.
