Alright, I called GMU and found out that I was released off the waitlist. I am going to meet with Dean Richard in a few weeks to talk about my application in detail. I know that I have to work on my LSAT score but I want to "fine tune" the rest of my application as much as possible. Good luck to those still waiting on waitlists.

Well if your still on the GMU WL, I think youve been rejected. I was told that no one else was accepted and that any offers would be made through phone calls and the rejections would be sent out via snail mail.

Hey MidJeep,
What was your LSAT/GPA?  I don't think you have ever said, either that or I never saw it.

LSAT 150/GPA 3.76.....I am still really surprised that I was even waitlisted given my stats.

If I were you, I would go on the GMU discussion board and ask the question there so it would be "annonymous." You can also email her and ask the questions generically. The big deal is that GMU probably doesnt care about your criminal record, but the BAR does, so you might also want to check with them to see if your offense was serious enough to not enable you to sit in for the BAR exam.

I hate this thread. I wish you people would stop posting on it.
