Case fee waiver

Case fee waiver

So I just sent my app to Case and LSAC gave me a fee waiver when I submitted even though I didn't request one. Any reason?

The fee is always waived if you apply online

Also some schools who waive your fee input that fact into LSAC rather than having you mail in the waiver separately. When I applied to Vanderbilt, I didn't notice that I had a fee waiver until I went to submit and pay for my application. At that point Vandy had not notified me that they waived my fee. Two days after I submitted my application, I received a letter from Vandy noting the fee waiver...
