It is illegal for the school to ask you if you have any medical problems that you do not want to disclose, this includes STD's and HIV

If they are going to make you piss in a cup (like for a drug test) you have to be aware of the possibility that they can make you do that - i.e. by attending the school, you agree to random drug tests, but I have never heard of this.

BTW I am not in law school this info is from one of my buddies at emory

Yeah did you notice at the start of the thread he kept saying he wasn't "necessarily" talking about drugs. Then all of sudden it was his phobia over needles that has him concerned.
