Any PhDs here?
« on: December 20, 2005, 03:22:16 PM »
Hi all,

I have a PhD in biomedical science. Just wondering whether there are any fellow PhDs in the club. I want to do IP, so I think age may not be an issue specially in biotech IP.

I'm ABD and writing.  Let's hope the committee agrees that I should be done by August.

Can I still say I am ABD if my candidacy has expired?  I stopped working on my topic I hated for my committee that hated me about 10 years ago....
