PS and addendum help

I have two personal statements and an addendum (GPA/academic probation) that I would like some feedback on.  I already submitted them to a bunch of schools, but am thinking of applying to a few more and wanted to get some opinions on them before I do. 

I would love to read anyone's that reads mine!!!
