This thread isn't for saying goodnight, it is for saying who needs sleep?  Or for people in different continents.

I always say goodnight before I leave!  Usually though it's not till 430 or 5 and people are on their way to work if on at all. 

Sadly, TPM doesn't do it for me in the same way anymore.  Xanax is the best.  Valium too.  Yay knee surgery!

Try Benadryl.  It's the sleeping agent found in TPM.

Also, try valerian root.

One gram of calcium and magnesium helps, too.

Haha yes.  The only good knee surgery is is gettng good meds (my insurance company's solution is medicate, not treat, which is why I had to have surgery in the first place).  But my knee is a lot better (after over ten years), so that is good.

Ok they're kicking in so I'm going for real.  The last thing I need is more half-coherent posts on LSD, funny as they would be.
