Doesn't sound like they're still pending to me.  Sounds like there were charges at one point, to which you didn't plead guilty, but served a penalty for.

I did plead guilty, but I think you are right about the charges...unless I have the wrong conception of what a "charge" is exactly.  I plead guilty, thus ending the charges. I am now currently serving the "sentence" for a charge that I won't be convicted of...lol.
