When is the deadline to cancel the score via fax?

I'm considering cancelling my score because I'm just not sure how well/bad I did...
I don't feel necessarily to take the chance becasue I was actually satisfied with my first score..and I don't want to screw it up.
Does anyone know when the deadline to fax in the cancel sheet?

As well, do I only need to send in that form or do i need to attach a written letter or of any other kind?

Can I send it in tommorow via fax or on sunday as well??  Or do i need to send it in only during the weekdays...

Send it in today if you can.  I'm kind of snowed in and im waiting till everything is plowed to go use a fax service somewhere.
