From what I hear they have a rather good law school, especially in the area I'm interested in "American Indian law." Also, does anyone know that if it's true that if you attend law school in Wisconsin you do not have to take the bar in Wisconsin?

It is true. If you graduate from a Wisconsin law school you do NOT have to take the bar exam (for Wisconsin).
I believe the only other state that has this characteristic might be Arizona, but I'm not 100% certain.
