ok guys can you help me out.  after my freshman year i transferred ugrad schools.  I want to have 3 letters of recommendation.  Is it ok to ask a professor from my first college to write one of those? or should they all be from the university i transferred to?

For sure it would be okay to ask for a LOR from your first school.  I have attended 2 Ugrad schools myself and plan on getting LORs from professors at both schools purposely to add a bit of diversity.  My goal is 2 from my degree granting school and 1 from the other school I attended.

thanks for the reply cheeks. i'm having issues now b/c only 1 prof responded to me (he's kidna excited to write a LOR for me, it's getting kidna scary-weird!). the other two arent responding to emails at all. i dont have any other way of contacting them. AH! what to do?!
