Damn dude, sorry to hear that.  Several people were deferred with worse stats than yours (including myself).  I wouldn't worry about it too much though; you are bound to get into some good places.

sdevante your stats are awesome but of course we can't see what else you have going on....either way, I think UT is saying let the dinging begin.  In another post I expressed my sadness and the likelihood that I have that same letter waiting for me.....

I have no idea... I'm kinda panicking wondering if I totally screwed my PS or something... I wrote about why I want to pursue law... and uhm, yeah, Im not a killer or child molestor or anything, so I was at least expecting a deferral.

I almost want to write them and ask for a non-generic reason why I was dinged. Per LSAC, in my gpa/lsat range they accepted like 230~ and only rejected 30~. Grrr

hey letmein i have been accepted to the exact same schools as u so far. i was actually debating sending a donation to texas this week but since your numbers r better than mine i think ill keep my money. sorry about the ding.
