If waitlisted...

I have read that if you are waitlisted it could be a beneficial to take the lsat again in June and if you do better than before if can help you get off the waitlist. This makes sense. But what happens if you do worse this time? Can schools that have already accepted you then rescind? Is there a way you can send your new score only to certain schools?

Taking the test again in June seems like kinda a last ditch effort. Your new score would be available to all schools. As far as rescinding... I wouldn't think they would, but then again, if you totally blew it... you never know.

Seems like a waste of a hundred dollars or so, esp. considering most people don't see any real variance in score the second go-round.
