it's a great place if you like outdoorsy stuff, as you can hike year round, and there are beautiful mountains surrounding the city.  Also obviously swimming season lasts a lot longer...
I must admit, while I lived there I mostly complained about there being nothing to do--obviously it's not a giant city, public transit sucks, etc.--but it's warm and lovely and I know exactly where to get what and what to eat and I miss real mexican food and cheap prices and spring training baseball and 60 degree winters.
I miss the sunshine... I like it when you can feel the heat.  And I like a dry heat, bc humidity sucks.
So while I'd ultimately like to end up in Northern CA, Tucson has a special place in my heart.

I am... I like being outside.
It's entertaining, bc all my friends from home think of me as being more business casual kind of girl, whereas all my friends from school and from here think of me as a jeans and a hoodie kind of girl.
I think it mostly depends on your standards...

lil late but no...not long pants...mostly capris...sometimes shorts but i avoid the high humidity season by staying indoors  i long for dry heat...i think the sunshine and the heat on your skin just makes for a much happier existance...but that is just me.

i guess the advantage of seasons is that you can wear more outfits over the course of the year (assuming you enjoy doing that sort of thing).  i imagine shorts and t-shirts get old eventually.
