Another LSDAS/GPA question

If LSAC doesn't factor replacement grades into your UGPA, how does this affect incompletes (that are later REPLACED by actual grades) and withdraws?

I thought it did factor in replacement grades??
And the sign said "Long-haired freaky people need not apply" So I tucked my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why. He said "You look like a fine outstanding young man, I think you'll do.  So I took off my hat, I said "Imagine that. Huh! Me workin' for you!"Sign, sign, everywhere a sign..

Grades Excluded from Conversion
Incomplete—only if the issuing school
considers the grade nonpunitive

If your school doesn't count it against you, either will LSDAS.  At least that seems to be the case.

Except in the case of classes that are repeated. The only way LSAC will not factor in the original grade is if the grade or credit hours do not appear on your transcript.

It sucks for me. I am making up for... actually, I am making a specifc topic.
