Which field is the best?

Which field is the best in terms of pay, interesting work and job security?  I'm leaning towards patent law with my science background, but who knows what will happen?

My friends in Patent law make good money, but are terminally bored.  Crim law would be interesting, but unless you put in years and gain a reputation, you won't make a ton of money at it.  Corporate law is a hopelessly vague term, so it really depends on the type of work you do, the location, and the firm you work for.  International law is similarly vague.
