Hmmm.  The median I can't find.  I'll look some more.

167/172 is the 25/75.

Consider Columbia, since it and NYU are about equivalent. Columbia's median LSAT is 171 and GPA 3.67. NYU won't be very far from these.

That sounds right.

According to LSN, however, it seems that NYU tends to reach lower on the LSAT scale than Columbia...at least with a high GPA.

My chances with a 3.97/167 seem to be far better at NYU.

We're in the same boat.

Yeah, I'm definitely keeping track of your LSN account.  Good luck!  I think we'll do surprisingly well (trying to stay optimistic).

Odd thing is that I didn't get any fee waivers to schools in the top 30.  I can't figure it out.

Hmmm.  When did you take the LSAT?  I took it last February.  I'll give you a run-down of my waivers:

UMich - waiver specifically mentions me being a resident, so that probably played a role

Penn - letter from their gay dean telling me how gay friendly the school is

Notre Dame - fee reduction email, very weird

Northwestern - email out of the blue

Duke, Vandy - USPS out of the blue

I've gotten countless other waivers from tier 2 and below.  I only applied to Cardozo.  I have no idea why.  None.  I guess I was just in a weird mood that day...

I'll be keeping an eye on you too.  Best of luck!
