Cooley comes out with their own law school rankings, and because of questionable criteria, they break the top 25 every year. :D

I'm thankful for Cooley.  Because there is a Cooley, no matter what school I go to will never have a bad reputation.  Even Roger Bacon gets more respect than Cooley.

I just checked out Cooley's website and their fantasy rankings for 2005.  Apparently Cooley is a better law school than Stanford, Chicago and Duke!  Are these people for real?  Do they think they can fool potential applicants into believing they are one of the top 20 schools in the US?  Their rankings are amusing to say the least!   :D

Besides the ranking, I think the fact that Cooley sends out ads stating that above a certain score on the Lsat you are guaranteed a 100% scholarship (having never met or knowing anything but the gpa lsat of the applicant) is pretty craptacular.

You can thank DOWNY for Cooley's reputation on the web as the worst law school.

There are worse schools than Cooley, that's for sure.

I agree.  For example, my school's pre-law advisor is always pimping Roger Williams on us.  The problem is that they're barely accredited at this point.  Its a shame, no one has the heart to tell the senile old coot, though.
